从上面的条款来看，严格来说，内地一般公民不符合以上任何一个类别的要求。勉强能靠上边的，只有C32。但如果你被抽查到，或做得太大被举报(.us不能Whois隐藏)，要求你出示相关证明，无法提供证明的话，域名就会被删除。这就是us域名的风险所在。

所以想注册.us的话，玩玩或做垃圾站还是不错的，NeuStar查得并不严，可能很长时间你的域名都没事;但真正要做网站，或者想网站做大，这个风险就不得不考虑了。

与一般的国别[[域名]]不同，.us域名系统目前只提供***.us一种域名，而不象一般的国别域名那样还提供.com.us或.co.us、.net.us一类的类别域名。

做为互联网的诞生地，全球互联网的旗舰级别的企业大都诞生发展于美国。作为互联网身份证的域名也多采用顶级类别域名。.us域名发布较晚，所以很少有著名企业使用；
