PayPal是全球最大的在线付款平台，使用网络刷卡方式，支持几乎所有国际通行信用卡，实现即时付款，是网上跨国交易最普遍的形式。同时又是收取服务费用最少的一个。要使用PayPal实现信用卡在线消费，必须注册一个PayPal帐号，并且验证你的信用卡。

关于激活
没有激活的PayPal可以收款或转给其他帐号，限额是100美元。如果想激活PayPal需要有一张国际信用卡，可以到招商银行或中国银行申请，有关细节请查看其他帖子。 激活步骤如下：
- 在My Account -> Profile -> Credit Cards -> Add填写信用卡资料
- PayPal需要向你的信用卡扣1.95美元，点击确认。扣的1.95美元等你的帐号激活了第一次消费以后会返回到你的Paypal帐户。
- 等银行帐单，在交易摘要中有4位数字验证码（paypal前面的4位数字），如果有网上银行也可以到网上银行查看。在My Account -> Profile -> Credit Cards中选取信用卡然后点Complete Expanded Use Enrollment：然后填入那4位注册码，提交后就OK了。
关于取现
如果是美国银行账户可以免费转帐。对于中国的用户只能通过中介换为人民币，兑换会损失很多钱，所以最好是在国外消费掉。如果兑换可以到本站的电子货币交易版。
费用
对于个人账户，收款消费都是免费的。Premier帐户和企业帐户收款收费。
