我们欢迎新成员加入Gallery团队。过去由于缺乏组织管理，团队成长比较缓慢。现在我们在开发过程中加入了一点结构上的创新。现在主要的目标就是能够在不肢解项目的情况下使团队成长。
因为该项目并非处于严格管理之下，因此在允许某人加入我们团队之前，我们得好好地了解了解这个人。我的意思就是了解某申请者对于Gallery的动机并看看他们的感悟能力。我们这么做绝非势利。作为一名杰出的程序员是一回事，能够适应我们的开发风格是更重要的另一回事了。
成为核心团队成员的最佳途径就是在论坛中做出贡献，参与irc.freenode.net 上的#gallery频道并通过gallery开发邮件联系表参与讨论。一旦我们认可了你的工作以及对项目的贡献，就会邀请你更进一步地帮助我们。如果你仍乐此不疲，并且能够很好地融入我们的社群的话，我们会非常高兴地将你接纳为核心团队的一员。请注意我们对核心团队成员的要求很高，并且要求他们每周至少拿出5到10小时时间在项目上有所作为。
